Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

“HubPanels”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the HubPanels website and services at hubpanels.com. “You” means the person or business using the site or buying a panel product.

2. What we sell

HubPanels sells digital control-panel software (for example DayZ Panel and Minecraft Panel) and related download/install access. Products are delivered digitally through your HubPanels account (install link and license key). We do not sell game servers, VPS hosting, Steam accounts, or game licenses.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, share credentials, or violate these Terms.

4. Purchases and license

• Buying a panel grants a personal license to install and use that panel on your own server(s), according to the product limits shown at purchase (for example one active install / seat per license where stated).
• You may not resell, rent, publicly redistribute, or share the panel package, install tokens, or license keys without our written permission.
• Activating a license on a new machine may move the seat and deactivate the previous install, where that product rule applies.

5. Payments — non-refundable

Payments are processed by Stripe (or another payment provider we use). Prices are shown at checkout.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable. Digital goods are delivered immediately after successful payment (account unlock, install link, and/or license key).
• By completing checkout you confirm you understand and accept that no refunds will be issued.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes after delivery may result in license revocation and account suspension.
• If a payment fails, is reversed, or is fraudulent, access may be removed without notice.

If local consumer law in your country gives you mandatory rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply only to the extent required by that law. Where refunds are not legally required for digital content delivered with your prior consent, no refund is offered.

6. Your responsibilities

• You must provide a suitable Linux VPS (or host) and keep it secured and updated.
• You are responsible for Steam/game accounts, game server files, mods, backups, firewall/ports, and compliance with game publisher rules.
• HubPanels does not guarantee that DayZ, Minecraft, SteamCMD, mods, or third-party tools will work on every host or forever.

7. Updates and availability

We may provide updates, change features, or retire products. Website or download availability is not guaranteed 24/7. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Crack, pirate, or bypass HubPanels licensing;
• Attack, scrape abusively, or disrupt hubpanels.com or related services;
• Use the panels for unlawful activity;
• Misrepresent affiliation with HubPanels.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HubPanels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for data loss, downtime, lost players, or server damage arising from use of the products or site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product in the 12 months before the claim (and where a refund is not available under these Terms, that amount may be zero for refund purposes).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of HubPanels after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
